If you are in for some good nails but have no idea what to eat, you should know what foods rich in vitamins A and B are the best ones to go to, like those foods that are colored green or colored yellow. Some other foods that could help you out make your nails be at their best states all the time are those that have a lot of vitamin E and vitamin C content in them, since they are also very helpful and have some substances that can better the wellness of the nails, both on the fingers and the toes. It can also be good for you to add to your diet those foods that are rich in sulfur, zinc, and those essential fatty acids, so that your nails can achieve their fullest potential and be in their best condition at all times. It is also very much advisable to eat foods rich in omega three, like those fishes and sardines, since they can help you achieve a better look for your nails.
But of course, just because you eat healthy does not mean you automatically have shiny good nails, you also have to trim them from time to time and put some stuff on them to make them look pretty and healthy.
